Andy Hill Has 36 years of business experience with 18 years in the waste management industry. He was a commercial lead for Suez Group internationally developing the commercial developments of RDF, SRF and wood recycling facilities in numerous countries. 

He is presently non-executive Chairman of the Gavin Griffiths Waste Group Ltd and is the also the Managing Director of GAP Alternative Fuels Ltd an RDF and plastics broker.  In addition, he is the non- executive Director of ECO Sustainable Solutions a biomass and waste food processor dealing with composting and Anaerobic Digestion facilities. 

Ben Talbott – Divisional COO is one of the country’s most experienced developers of facilities in the waste to energy sector.  Ben’s ability to lead major projects is well known to his industry colleagues.

An example of his ability is recently being the lead on a £120m project steering the design team all the way through to managing the EPC contactors and on to a full-scale build and eventual hand over to the client on first call.

Ben has worked in various countries and markets with many of his projects being large scale developments. His ability to see a project through from concept to production is invaluable. He is a highly regarded renewable energy and hydrogen project developer with 28 years of global expertise spanning the UK, Middle East, China, USA, and Latin America. Michael’s ability to identify new markets, combined with his entrepreneurial acumen, has consistently produced innovative, bankable projects that attract significant investment and yield sustainable, profitable outcomes. Leveraging a deep understanding of diverse market dynamics and regulatory environments, Michael leads projects from conception through execution, ensuring they meet stringent financial and environmental criteria. Trained as a lawyer with a top international Law firm, Michael’s passion is to enable the renewable energy market to meet emerging policy shifts and drive the global energy landscape forward to being climate neutral by 2050 with net zero greenhouse gases.

He is an experienced business owner developer, who built multimillion turnover entities in both the logistics and renewables sector. His logistics business serviced clients such as Kingfisher, BP, Total, and Volvo. In 2013 Glen was a joint founder of a leading waste brokerage specializing in Hazardous Waste securing clients such as British Steel and The UK Government. This company became a leading hazardous waste brokerage in the UK trading with 17 countries. To accompany this, he helped start a high-tech industrial cleaning service specializing in oil refining clients. Working as an advisor Glen has hands on experience with large-scale business turnarounds within the international logistics market. He has also consulted for global gas producers with specific remit to renewables feedstock and processing.
